“ I love Kneaders. The prices are reasonable and the staff is so polite and helpful. Breakfast is served until 11 am and I highly recommend the French toast. It's all you acn eat while you are there (no carry-outs) and comes with a side of delicious syrup and strawberries and whipped cream. Yum! ”

They wanted chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Now, my first instinct is to go to crumble cause it’s so close but when I suggested it, they screamed, “no! Too sweet!” The next places I’d go to is kneaders and go a for small drive. I didn’t mind. I ordered some dessert treats and as always, fabulousness! Reason for the 3 stars is cause 2/3 of kids enjoyed their cookie. found one half eaten while the other half of the cookie smeared all over the just steamed floor rug. When I cleaned it up, I realized, it wasn’t chocolate chip. It was oatmeal raisin. Not what I ordered. Still love kneaders but no one likes paying for something they didn’t order. ”
“ 5 stars only because the manager on duty, Emily, was so kind and thoughtful in resolving my problem. I ordered online 5 hours in advance for my pick up for Mother’s Day on Saturday evening just to be called 5 minutes before, and told that they couldn’t fill my order as they were out of 8/10 croissants that I ordered. I drove an hour to pick up so I was very frustrated. Emily was thoughtful and helped resolve the issue. Although I didn’t get what I ordered, which was super disappointing, I was grateful that the staff listened and was kind in doing all they could to make it right. ”
